Cannot recommend Reload enough! I was lucky enough to get Sam as my physio who has been consistent, professional and attentive every single session. Sam was able to give me the tools to get on with my life after consistent back pain for many years. I felt I did not have the understanding of pain, nor the knowledge of the required exercises, that would allow me to be pain-free. Sam was also very respectful and friendly - highly recommend!

I was referred here and I'm glad that I went. My objective was just to get a second opinion - the first practitioner I saw diagnosed my knee issue and gave me an exercise program that didn't help much. Jes at Reload Physio was a breath of fresh air in her approach and recommendations. Her diagnosis gave me new insight, and the exercise program she put me on has already helped enormously, after just a short period of time following the routine.

Jess is my mothers physiotherapist and she is so lovely. Listening to my mum and always making her feel welcome and comfortable. She even wrote a recommendation letter for my mum for housing. I can not explain how amazed I am with her services. I recommend Reload Physio to everyone especially Jess.

I've been attending Reload physio for quite a few years now and every staff member I have dealt with has been exceptional. I recently attended a running assessment with Marcus, and I came away with a solid understanding of what I'm doing wrong and how to improve. I was given simple exercises and clear tips on what I can do day-to-day to build strength in my weak areas, and drills to help improve my running form. Overall, the experience was highly informative and very enjoyable. I've also had several excellent experiences with Richard for rehab work and massage therapy. Easy 5 stars from me.

Great physio. Sam and Jono are awesome and spent a lot of time helping and advising me on how to manage ongoing knee issues so I could get back to running pain free. Highly recommend!

I am getting back into fitness and so thought clinical Pilates would be an excellent way to approach this. I was right. Jess was brilliant at explaining all exercises and made them look soooooo easy. They are not, but I am already feeling better and have signed up for the next ten sessions. Highly recommend.

Jess and the staff at Reload has been so helpful of my recovery from tennis elbow, rolled ankle and also my preparation of all my Ultra marathon races. I can not find a more supportive and knowledgeable team! My body is stronger than ever, thank you so much!
